Here Are Some Questions that We Are Asked Often!
Will you be the one shooting our wedding? Yes, I will be the one shooting your wedding. I see two videographers will attend our day. Who are the two? We usually have one videographer that comes with me. That person may vary depending on the date and who I have available as they are all contracted out by the to work for me. I won’t be using anyone new, however, so the person that attends your day will be experienced with myself and Main Frame Media. |

Have you ever shot a wedding at our ceremony and reception venue? If not, do you check out the venues in advance?
If we have not shoot at your venue, we will typically look up another wedding video from that location so we know what we are getting into, although new venues are not a challenge at all. In fact, we love new venues because we can find the unique shots there and it doesn't get repetitive.
How many hours are included in the package? How much do extra hours cost?
All the packages offer different hours, and every package is flexible to fit your needs perfect. Our packages start at 6 hours of coverage and range to full weekends. Prices vary, but extra coverage is billed by the hour.
Do we get a copy of the videos at no extra charge? What form of technology do we get the video on (DVD, USB, online, etc.)?
We deliver via USB and the silver package include 1x copy. We can always quote more copies per request.
How long after the wedding will we receive the video? How will it be delivered?
We estimate a typical delivery time of about 10 weeks after the wedding you will receive the final video. Digitally at first, and then we ship the USB right after to your address.
Do we get to select the music that plays in the video?
Main Frame's creative team chooses the music that we best see fit from a very large variety of artists. Unfortunately, this doesn’t include songs you may have heard on the radio due to licensing issues.
How much of a deposit do you require? When is the remaining balance due?
We require 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date, and the remaining 50% balance is due four weeks prior to the wedding day.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
In the rare event of cancelation the 50% deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellation less than six weeks before the wedding will result in the payment in full becoming due.
Will you bring backup equipment incase something fails to work properly?
Yes, we always have backup equipment on hand incase of any malfunction.
What is the backup plan if you are unable to shoot our wedding for an unexpected reason?
In the unlikely event of the assigned Videographer being unable to attend your wedding due to unforeseen circumstance, we will appoint another videographer to attend your wedding on our behalf to undertake the wedding videography to his/her best ability and to a similar standard as the original videographer.
How will you coordinate the filming of our wedding with the photographer?
Here at Main Frame we always make a plan with the photographer to make sure we aren’t stepping on each others toes. This is especially important during the ceremony, so we make sure to always have a discussion prior to the kiss. Knowing where everyone will be or how wide they are shooting is crucial so we don't block anyone's shots!
What parts of the wedding do you capture?
We capture everything from bridal prep to dancing at the ceremony!
Will the final video use dialogue from the wedding day or is it more of a music video?
We like to include a lot of dialog from interviews, speeches and toasts, or letter readings to convey the story. We try to stay away from the “music video” like video only montages. We take pride in having amazing sounding audio of your day for you to cherish forever.
You don't happen to do pictures as well, do you? If not, is there a photographer you recommend?
We do not do photos right now, although I have worked with a few photographers that definitely stick out! Reach out and I'd be happy to organize you with one that isn't booked yet!
